In my work as a mentor for the female cycle, I focus on sustainability and a holistic perspective.
For me, this means living in harmony with the natural rhythms of the body and the earth—values that Panambi also embodies.
I first came into contact with Latin American culture in 2015 on my first trip to Nicaragua. I lost my heart to Ocotal, a small mountain village surrounded by coffee hills, nature, and the country's moving history—and the faces that tell that story. I became part of a project for intercultural exchange and social development, which I accompanied for four years. Further trips to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Mexico followed—increasingly inspired and fascinated by Hispanic culture and people.
As part of the board of Panambi.org, I am proud to contribute to a more sustainable and conscious world. This project not only means a lot to me personally, but also supports the preservation of nature and the associated history of the countries – accompanied by values such as solidarity, respect, and a deeper understanding of one another.
